Return & Exchange

We provide returns & exchange with below terms & condition applied:

 

  1. Goods sold are returnable within 7 days from the receiving day. However, NO EXCHANGE is allowed after the 7 days period.
  2. Returns can only be made strictly one time per order number.
  3. All clearance items, fashion accessories and gift cards CANNOT be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  4. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached
  5. Customized items can be returned if there’s a defect on the design with wrong word / number / graphic / size / sleeve / t-shirt color from the OwnTee side. Sincerely apologize there will be no compensation if the defect is due to typing errors or wrong details given BY CUSTOMER during order process.
  6. Any used / credited reward points / discount codes & voucher for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/ re-usable.
  7. If the return reason fall under customer’s unsatisfactory items reason (eg: sizing problem), customer will need to bear the both side postage (return and resend)
  8. If the return reason fall under OwnTee’s defect-related issues, OwnTee will bear both side postage (return and resend)
  9. We do not accept the reason of not suit/ not nice after wearing. Minor flaws such as loose threads, scratches, or slight stains which are unobvious under normal lighting, and not affect general outlook of the apparels will not be considered as defects, and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.
  10. We have the right to refuse any direct exchange and refund without any confirmation / notice from us.

Post the defected item(s) back to OwnTee Office (dont forget to keep the consignment note)

Inform our customer service team regarding the tracking number and the amount of postage fees (attach with consignment note and receipt of postage)

We will process the replacement item(s) after receiving the defected shirts. It will takes at least 2-3 days for ready-stock items ; 5-7 days for custom items to repost back to you
